I want that to occur in America. I want it to occur in the districts that some of these members in this room represent, and I think we found that balance.

The rising cost of drug prices is deeply impacting all Americans. It is time to move forward with policies that have broad support.

The success that WRDA has had during these divided times is a testament to the committee's willingness to work across the aisle.

I am hopeful that the committee's work here will build on that success to tackle the many backlogged projects that are sadly still unfunded even with increased investments.
