Mr. President, reserving the right to object, would my colleague from Oklahoma modify the request to include unanimous consent to call up amendment No. 2457, an amendment to limit Federal law enforcement officers from operating in a secret fashion on the streets of America without identification; that there be 2 hours for debate, equally divided between opponents and proponents; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate vote in relation to the amendment with no intervening action or debate?
