I think there very well might be. There were 44 votes for the Senators Lee, Murphy provision that went before the Senate to say that we should stop providing fuel and support for their attacks on Yemen.
Merkley indicated that there is bipartisan support in Congress for taking action against Saudi Arabia if the president does not.
