“Mr. President, I so appreciate my colleagues from Minnesota and New York coming to the floor to share their insights on this challenge that we are in, where a 101-year-old convention is about to be smashed to smithereens by the majority in a determination to pack the courts and corrupt the constitutional application of law and in a determination to have judges who are not at all interested in the way the people envision our Nation.
