I say to my colleague from Rhode Island that, when an authoritarian President starts collecting data in this fashion, they probably have a plan for it, and that plan is not going to be one to enhance liberty for the American people. One of the things that I am deeply concerned about--and I am not sure if this is the same database you are referring to--is a collection of voter registration databases--is that the same? Yes--from across the country.
