This issue of managing the water has been going on for decades, 4 decades, 40 years.

I think this is a very important project, that we pursue renewal of MAP-21.

We anticipate that we would have a challenge, we would lose about 5,000 jobs in Oregon if we don't succeed in this effort during 2015.
