The SRS program provides crucial payments that are a lifeline for rural communities here in Oregon and across America.

This is an insult to Congress and the Constitution.

I have heard heart-wrenching stories from Oregonians who have lost loved ones after a prescription for an injury or treatment turned into an addiction.

To be clear: Both parties have played a role in creating Senate dysfunction, and both have a responsibility to fix it.
