It's long past time for Congress to reassert its constitutional role and prevent another disastrous conflict.

We will make sure the Byrd Rule is followed and review any changes Republicans attempt to make to the bill.

I'm calling on the admin to reverse this decision—in no world should this facility reopen.

I encourage all of us to actually act now, rather than waiting.
