I have just one closing comment, and that is this: This is a picture of the Senator Hatfield tree. It has my staff in front of it. We went out there on July 12, Senator Hatfield's birthday, to take this picture and we hoped to give this to him. We didn't have a chance to do that before he passed away. But I think this tree will serve as a living reminder of all that he championed throughout his tremendous career. We have lost a great man, and our Senate and our Nation are poorer for it.
