Tonight the majority leader filed cloture on the substitute amendment and the emergency supplemental bill. We will work on an agreement for amendments to the bill. The filing deadline for all first-degree amendments is 1 p.m. tomorrow. Senator Inouye will lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda tomorrow. Senators will gather in the Senate Chamber at 9:35 a.m. tomorrow morning to proceed to the viewing together. ____________________
