I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 815 and that the Senate proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate resolutions: S. Res. 815, National Hispanic- Serving Institutions Week, and S. Res. 823, Hispanic Heritage Month. There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions en bloc.
