The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 452) designating October 30, 2023, as a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear weapons program of the United States. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
