I thank my colleague so much for presenting this idea before she came to the U.S. Senate and for helping--well, stepping in to be the initial Director, getting it up and running, and now being here to make sure we defend its ability to provide fairer financial products for America's families--products that enable families to build their wealth rather than having wealth-stripping scams hurt and destroy the finances of American families.
