I thank the gentleman. Wendell Wyatt guided bills through Congress that left lasting imprints all over our great State of Oregon, including bills that established the Tualatin Reclamation Project in Washington County, the Columbia River 40-foot shipping channel, Lincoln City's Cascade Head Scenic Area, and a bill authorizing the purchase of ranch lands along the Snake River for public recreation. He will be missed; he will never be forgotten.
