I thank the gentleman for yielding, and I thank him for working with this side of the aisle. You have been terrific and so have your staff as we worked through this. This wasn't a surprise amendment by any means. We were able to sit down and work through it. We share your concern fully, and we are fully supportive of your amendment. And I thank you for raising this issue. As a former radio broadcaster, having been involved in some emergencies--not hurricanes, clearly, in Oregon--but this is important. So we do support it. And again, I thank you for working with us in a bipartisan spirit.
