I do not disagree with the fact about how complicated and difficult these are to work through. I think we would all agree on that. But what I keep hearing is how ICBEMP is going to resolve this issue just as the Northwest Forest Plan was resolved on the West side. Is the gentleman arguing that the Northwest Forest Plan is a success and has met its goals?
