I thank the majority leader for his comments in support and authorship of this legislation. Our son battled childhood asthma. It is a really scary thing as a parent to watch a child deal with an asthma attack. Madam Speaker, I yield such time as he may consume to the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. David P. Roe), the champion of this legislation, the great champion for a positive public health outcome for all of us, especially for our veterans.
