Mr. Speaker, I would just point out Gallup just announced in a survey, 65 million Americans, 20 percent, put off treatment this last year and borrowed $88 billion to cover their healthcare costs. So we know there are problems out there we need to address. Mr. Speaker, could I inquire as to how much time each side has remaining? The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Carbajal). The gentleman from Oregon has 9\1/2\ minutes remaining. The gentleman from New Jersey has 22\1/2\ minutes remaining.
