I thank Congressman Cramer. I appreciate his coming down here tonight and sharing his thoughts. I think he really summed it up well. Now the chairman of the Digital Commerce and Consumer Protection Subcommittee, Bob Latta, who was the vice-chair of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee when I chaired that. Ray was a big part of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee and ended up as the staff director. I thank Bob for coming down to share his comments tonight. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Latta).
