Res. 37, to the Committee on Energy and Commerce with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Page 2, after line 8, insert the following: Sec. 2. That the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 (Public Law 111-242) is further amended by striking the date specified in section 106(3) and inserting ``April 15, 2011''. Mr. HOYER (during the reading).
