I have one more speaker who wanted to speak, but he is not here. I apparently have the right to close, so if the gentlewoman would like to go ahead while we wait for our other Member, I reserve the balance of my time. Ms. DeGETTE. Mr. Speaker, I would just say that the debate has been brief, but the substance of this en bloc amendment is large--many amendments designed in totality to deal with climate change to help our environment and to help make sure that we support disadvantaged communities in this country and communities affected by environmental justice issues. So I would just urge a ``yes'' vote on this en bloc amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
