I want to thank my colleague from New Jersey and his staff for the great work on this legislation. I also meant to thank Mr. Kinzinger from Illinois as well, who has been very active on our subcommittee. He has done great work on this measure and some of its very important provisions. I left him out earlier today. I want to thank him as well. I also thank the staff and my colleagues. I urge passage in the House. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.

I thank my friend and colleague from Illinois for her support of this legislation and her work on it. Once again, I urge passage of the legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.
