I have to just respond in that none of that is what is in this resolution because this resolution has no force of law. This resolution is not healthcare policy; it is a press statement. It does nothing to deal with any of the issues my dear friend has just raised, other than make a statement. Do you want to legislate? Then legislate. Let's go have a hearing. Let's go have a markup.
