I don't believe we have any other Members wishing to speak on this legislation, so I will just close and say it is another great work product from our Energy and Commerce Committee, bipartisan legislation that I encourage our colleagues to support, and I yield back the balance of my time.

It is unfortunate that the HEROES Act 1 and HEROES Act 2, Republicans were completely excluded from the discussions on this.
