I have no further speakers on this bill. I support it and encourage our colleagues to do the same. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. Walden) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 4005, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to promote State innovations to ease transitions to the community for individuals who are inmates of a public institution and eligible for medical assistance under the Medicaid program.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________

I thank Mr. Graves for yielding and for his work trying to get this bill in a better place. And I thank Chairman DeFazio for working with me on an amendment that will come up tomorrow that will allow the Port of Cascade Locks to compete…
I have no further speakers on this matter. I would encourage my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to support the PHONE Act, and I yield back the balance of my time.
