In reclaiming my time, I don't disagree with that. I didn't support some of those bailouts either, although I did vote to make sure their financial system didn't collapse. My point is we faced some tough problems. We actually got over the hump in a bipartisan way, and we can do that here. The interesting thing is that my colleagues on the other side of the aisle are the ones who, I believe, in most cases voted against the long-term payroll tax reduction the Republicans put forward; they voted against the 1-year extension of unemployment and the 2-year doc fix.
