It would seem to me that the Clerk works for the House, and if the majority party just wanted to ask the Clerk to put a link on the Web site, it should be able to be done. It shouldn't be a problem. Besides that, I want to get to the real issue here, which is: Where is the budget? You know, taxpayers every April 15 are required by law to file their taxes, and this Congress is supposed to come up with a budget. If you go back to 1974, which is when the Budget and Impoundment Control Act was passed, every year, the House has had at least a vote on a budget-- not always on time, but at least you've always had a vote. They don't believe Washington is listening, and I think this is an example of that. We're having a debate on something which, I think, the Clerk could probably do of her own volition. Certainly, the Speaker could ask her to, and I don't think anybody would object. It just doesn't make sense to me. So you don't have an appropriations bill moving. You don't have a budget coming.…

This motion should be adopted. It would prevent the bill from upending the very progress we are all counting on for our innovators to develop new vaccines and therapies to confront this killer coronavirus. You see, it simply states the…
I just want to follow up on my friend from Florida's comments. Let me remind the body that it was the Obama administration that failed to take enforcement action against e-cigarette manufacturers while these products grew in popularity…
I want to point out again that if you want to do something about kids, if you want to do something about lung disease, then we need to do something about marijuana and the oils it gets mixed with that this bill does not address. These are…
