We need to make sure it is getting to the right places.

I want to make sure that it is a responsible way for all parties, which is why a number of us are very concerned about the administration's recent support of the waiver to release and transfer the IP for the vaccine.

I don't have any other speakers on my side. I encourage Members to support this really important legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.
