In closing, and I, again, I think I outlined pretty clearly some of our concerns with this measure. I think there is a lot we could find common ground on in the energy picture, certainly for working Americans and especially those dealing with the pandemic. But raising costs and increasing delays is not part of what we can support. I urge opposition, and I yield back the balance of my time.
