I would point out there are about 50,000 kids that Mr. Green may be voting against today in the Houston area if this goes down and we can't get this over to the Senate and work it out with them. Twice he has voted to cut the Prevention Fund and use it for other purposes. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Lance).
