But is Mr. Scott right, that these other countries have assured net neutrality, and yet the business has still gone over there?

It is imperative that the federal government promote a retirement system that encourages all American's to prepare for their financial future.

So, on the one side of the equation, we're talking peanuts, in terms of regulation to assure net neutrality; on the other side there are very real dollars.
