I am only starting to understand what he has done for this institution, and I have enjoyed listening today to the testimonies of many of the gentleman's colleagues, and I am sure that I will continue, as time goes on, to understand what he has done to make this a better place. But it is the gentleman from California (Mr. Fazio), the man, in which I stand in awe.
