I thank the gentleman. I appreciate his courtesy. I am to the point where I don't actually know what is the right vote. I have no doubt that it will pass, but is it the right signal to send for so many industries that have a right to expect certainty, that have a right to expect the things that they have relied upon for years, built their business models around, are treated in the cavalier fashion by this Congress? I don't think that is right. I think there are many areas of reform. I appreciate my friend Mr. Camp diving in and dealing with some of these tough issues. We had a demonstration that it is not going to be easy to deal with tax reform. But it is not going to help anybody for the long term or short term to have businesses roll the dice on things in many cases that are critical to the national interest and that they rely upon. They deserve better, and so does the American public. {time} 1645
