First, it isn't just PTSD that medical marijuana is used for. There is a whole host of other conditions that were available. Second, the marijuana medical train has left the station. A million Americans have a legal right to use medical marijuana, and they do so. You want to treat veterans differently. Third, medical marijuana is nowhere near as addictive as what is happening to our veterans right now. Get your facts straight. I am happy to do more research; I have work coming forward, but, in the meantime, don't treat these veterans as second class citizens. If you want to be concerned, be concerned about the explosion of addictive drugs that are being prescribed to people who we should be giving more care. I yield back the balance of my time.
