I can speak confidently for House Democrats when I say we are firmly committed to reauthorization of AGOA and HOPE before their expiration next year.

We have $163 billion a year that is not paid by the top 1 percent of American taxpayers.

But reauthorizing the programs without improving them is a missed opportunity.
