I cannot let the occasion pass without congratulating the gentlewoman on leading the pack of some 3,500 cyclists just 2 weekends ago and a marvelous experience for so many people from the Metropolitan area, not just from the District of Columbia. I did want to point out that tomorrow morning, again with the cooperation of the office of the gentlewoman, the bicycle caucus is going to have a tour of the south waterfront redevelopment and we will be leaving at 7:30 from the Rayburn horseshoe to be able to combine some bicycle work with understanding some of the development challenges that are being faced by the District.
