The resolution claims to support an endorsed diplomacy but, in fact, the timing and the wording undercuts that. Now is the time that we ought to be united and we ought to be focused. We ought to make sure that we have a positive environment to seize on the pain that is being inflicted on the regime, to be able to capitalize on the coalition and be able to make progress.…”
