I would like to start by commending the Biden-Harris administration for their leadership role in the recent extension of the WTO e-commerce moratorium.

I can speak confidently for House Democrats when I say we are firmly committed to reauthorization of AGOA and HOPE before their expiration next year.

We should better safeguard people's rights and data while still protecting the global internet.

But reauthorizing the programs without improving them is a missed opportunity.
