The more limited these indemnification provisions can be, the less likely that we're going to have contractors who don't really have the full financial incentive to make sure that they are acting in the best interests of our troops. I've seen examples that really give me pause. The inclusion of this amendment will help make that less likely, and I appreciate it. Mr. McKEON.
