The Chinese Government is an important part of the world economy. We are interrelated and interdependent. American people buy things from China every day. But, unfortunately, related to China right now, it is too often not a level playing field. This is an important step going forward to make sure that we can rebalance the equation. I hope that the administration will be aggressive in using the tools that it has to make sure the rules of the road are observed.
