The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle D of title XVI, add the following new section: SEC. 1636. ANNUAL CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE REVIEW OF COST ESTIMATES FOR NUCLEAR WEAPONS. Section 1041(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 1931) is amended-- (1) in the subsection heading, by inserting ``Annual'' before ``CBO''; and (2) by inserting ``and annually thereafter,'' after ``this Act,''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 590, the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. Blumenauer) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Oregon.
