It is time to finish the job that we started. We don't want any ruthless, free-market ideology getting in the way of these hardworking, innovative people who have put their lives and careers on the line investing everything, hoping that they could have the promise of the Restaurant Revitalization Fund fulfilled. This legislation does that, and I strongly urge its adoption.
