That is the future you are all going to be experiencing. It is not just losing an acre an hour in Louisiana, it is baking in the Pacific Northwest, where people didn't even think they needed air-conditioning. We have an opportunity to make those investments. I think the committee has done an outstanding job. And if you spend time on the ground with local government, with the private sector who want to solve these problems, we will find that this is very much in keeping with what America wants and America needs. Madam Speaker, I appreciate their leadership and hard work.
