This is where we heard feedback, the chairman in the committee responded to make it easier for businesses to accommodate the change in the future, while still making the basic objectives. I strongly urge our colleagues to listen to the local communities, to local government, to businesses that are involved with rebuilding and renewing America, and approve this legislation.
