I want to mention that it was noted that we never asked the people if they would support legalization of marijuana. That is not correct. North Dakota Measure 3 failed. Missouri Proposition C to legalize marijuana failed. Ohio Issue 3 failed. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Latta).
