Mr. Chairman, this is an excellent bill, and we need it in Oregon. We have 30 million acres of trees. We absolutely need what this bill would provide.

What I am saying is we do not have to accept any more wolves than the absolute minimum necessary to meet the requirements of the Endangered Species Act.
