In terms of my friend's points about the Dream Act, I am honestly heartened at the discussion that took place at the White House yesterday. I think there is a genuine desire to come to an agreement on DACA. But the real issue there is border security in addition to legal status. These folks, obviously, I think, deserve legal status; but you also have to fix the problem, and the problem is on the border.…”
