The Supreme Court has said that the Social Security Act calls for the agency to operate 'as an adjudicator, and not as an advocate or adversary.'
I just want to go back to one of the things that--we are concerned about high denials as well as high approvals.

In other words, somebody needs to explain to this Subcommittee why in the world we would take something that has been used for years, that is recognized scientifically to be very valid and a very good tool for large areas in health care…
I can testify as a practicing physician up until January of this year that that is a valuable tool used throughout the medical community.
