The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title V of division B, add the following new section: SEC. 2509. INCLUSION OF DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS IN ANNUAL REPORT RELATING TO SECTION 702. Section 707(b)(1)(G)(ii) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1881f(b)(1)(G)(ii)) is amended by inserting before the semicolon the following: ``, including whether disciplinary actions were taken as a result of such an incident of noncompliance and the extent of such disciplinary actions''.
