The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds appropriated by this Act, including titles IV and VIII, may be used to support an increase in the weight of the Chinese renminbi in the Special Drawing Rights basket of the International Monetary Fund.
